Thapas Yoga Life serves as a foundation to guide people towards their health and healing. We have rich expertise in preventive and curative methods. Our Yoga is predominantly based on Sri Krishnamacharya teachings. Thapas Yoga Life understands the difference between treatment - which works on the symptoms and healing - which cures and improves the prana - life energy in the human body. We treat the cause by working on the energy system of the individual, utilizing tools such as asana, pranayama, 5 Elements of Acupuncture, flower remedy, chakras, mudras. We also use the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, Sidda, Nadi-Pariksa to diagnoize and improve the lifestyle of individuals.
Our healing methods have born from over a decade of study, practice, observing and teaching of yoga, acupuncture, flower remedy. We aim to share this healing wisdom to meet the needs of individuals, from different walks of life, appreciating the uniqueness in age, religion, culture, philosophy, physical and emotional health.
